DR-10A Checking "O2 Sensor Stays Below Center" Fault

This fault can be caused by several things not related to the O2 Sensor or O2 Sensor circuits.

PERFORM TEST NF-1A (2) - NO FAULT COMPLETE TEST.

Note: Perform all tests in sequence.
