A. BALL BEARINGS INSTALLATION

Using the special tools, press-fit the ball bearings on both ends of the transfer drive gear.




B. TRANSFER DRIVE GEAR INSTALLATION

Using the special tools, install the transfer drive gear on the output flange.




C. SNAP RING SELECTION

Measure the snap ring groove, select and install a spacer so the end play reaches the standard value.

Standard value: 0 -0.09 mm (0 - 0.0035 in.)
