Fig. 43 Fasten Switch Inspection:

1. Remove the fasten switch.
2. Using a suitable ohmmeter, check for continuity between switch terminals, as follows:
a. Check between terminals 1 and 5.

3. Continuity should be present with switch knob released and no continuity should be present with the knob pushed in.
