A. BEARING INSTALLATION

Using the special tools, install the bearing on the output flange.




B. TRANSFER DRIVE GEAR INSTALLATION

Using the special tools, install the transfer drive gear in proper direction. The direction can be identified by the groove provided in one of the pinion side surfaces.

Caution: Replace the output flange and transfer drive gear as a set.




C. BEARING INSTALLATION

Using the special tools, install the bearing on the output flange.




D. SNAP RING SELECTION

Select a snap ring, which should be the thickest one that can be installed in groove.

Standard value: 0 - 0.06 mm (0 - 0.0024 in.)
