Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.

Use one of the following labor operation numbers and time allowances:

Number Allowance

Raise and lower vehicle on hoist to 13774181 0.2 hours
inspect frame welds

Raise and lower vehicle on hoist to inspect 13774182 A/T
frame welds, disassemble and reassemble
vehicle as necessary for frame welding

Add the cost of any necessary parts plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.
