Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove right rear tire.

EVAP Canister And Bracket:

3. Remove 3 screws from EVAP canister bracket.
4. Remove hoses from the top of the EVAP canister.
5. Remove 4 nuts from EVAP canister.
6. Remove canister from bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Install canister to bracket and tighten nuts to 9 Nm (79.6 in. lbs.).
2. Install canister to frame rail and tighten screws to 15.5 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
3. Install hoses to canister.
4. Install tire and tighten nuts.
5. Lower vehicle.
