Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

WARNING: Do not disassemble the fan motor from the support bracket.

NOTE: Electric fan motor is serviced as an assembly with the fan module.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect fan motor leads from module.

Servicing Fan Module:

2. Remove fan module fasteners from radiator.

INSTALLATION
1. Install module to radiator. Torque shroud to radiator fasteners to 7.3 Nm (65 inch lbs.).
2. Connect fan motor lead.
