Water Feed and Return Pipes

REMOVAL

1. Drain coolant from engine block.
2. Loosen thermostat housing.
3. Remove bolt from return pipe bracket.

Water Feed And Return Pipes:

4. Remove return and feed pipe. Fittings on end of pipe 1 and fitting and clamp on pipe 5.



INSTALLATION

1. Connect return and feed pipe and tighten to 45 Nm (33 lb-ft).
2. Install return pipe bracket bolt. Tighten bolt to 24 Nm (17 lb-ft).
3. Install thermostat housing and tighten to 14 Nm (10 lb-ft).
4. Fill coolant system.
5. Check for leaks.
