Park Brake Hardware Inspection (Drum Brakes)




1. Visually inspect the park brake hardware (7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 24) for the following conditions:
^ Excessive corrosion
^ Excessive stretching
^ Broken components
^ Bent components
^ Twisting or binding
^ Missing components
2. Replace the park brake hardware with the drum brake shoes if necessary.
