Rear Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement


Removal Procedure

Caution:Refer to Safety Glasses Caution .

Caution:Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution .

1.Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2.Remove the rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Inner Panel Replacement .





3.Remove the rear bumper fascia extension to rear bumper fascia retaining screw (1).





1.Disengage the rear bumper fascia extension retaining clips (1) from the rear bumper fascia.

2.Remove the rear bumper fascia extension (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1.Position the rear bumper fascia extension (2) to the vehicle.

2.Engage the rear bumper fascia extension retaining clips (1) to the rear bumper fascia.





Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

1.Install the rear bumper fascia extension to rear bumper fascia retaining screw (1).

TightenTighten the screw to 2 N �m (18 lb in).

2.Install the rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Inner Panel Replacement .

3.Lower the vehicle.
