Drive Belt Idler Pulley Installation





1. Install the dished washer (4) and drive belt idler pulley (3) to the accessory drive mounting bracket (2).
2. Hand tighten the drive belt idler pulley to accessory drive mounting bracket retaining bolt (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley to accessory drive mounting bracket retaining bolt (1).

Tighten the bolt to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).
