75. Oil Pan Assemble

Oil Pan Assemble





1. Install the oil pan baffle (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the oil pan baffle to oil pan retaining bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).





3. Install a NEW oil suction pipe seal (1) onto the oil suction pipe (2).




4. Install the oil suction pipe (2).
5. Install the oil suction pipe to oil pan retaining bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).





6. Install the oil pan scraper (2).
7. Install the oil pan scraper to oil pan retaining bolts (1).

Tighten the oil pan scraper bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).





8. Install the oil pan drain plug (2).

Tighten the oil pan drain plug to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

9. Install the oil level sensor (3).
10. Install the oil level sensor to oil pan retaining bolt (1).

Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
