Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution (Safety Glasses Warning) .
1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the left side floor air outlet duct to instrument panel (I/P) retainer retaining screw (3).
3. Remove left side floor air outlet duct (2) from the HVAC module assembly (1).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the left side floor air outlet duct (2) to the HVAC module assembly (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the left side floor air outlet duct to I/P retainer retaining screw (3).

Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (Service and Repair) .
