Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe and Hole Cover Installation





1. Install the engine coolant air bleed pipe seals (3).
2. Install the engine coolant air bleed pipe (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Install the engine coolant air bleed pipe to cylinder head retaining bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).





4. Install the engine coolant air bleed cover seals (3).
5. Install the engine coolant air bleed covers (2).
6. Install the engine coolant air bleed cover to cylinder head retaining bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
