84. Throttle Body Installation

Throttle Body Installation






Important: DO NOT use the throttle body gasket again. Install a NEW gasket during assembly.



Important: Align the locating tab of the gasket with the notch in the manifold.


1. Install the throttle body gasket (2).
2. Install the throttle body (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Install the throttle body to intake manifold retaining bolts (3).

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
