Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove centre console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement (Service and Repair) .





Important: Using a suitable tool, pry the rear floor air outlet duct to floor retaining clips (1).


3. Remove the rear floor air outlet duct to floor retaining clips (1).




4. Remove the rear floor air outlet duct (1) from the floor (2).




5. Disconnect the upper rear floor air outlet duct (2) from the HVAC module assembly (1).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the upper rear floor air outlet duct (2) to the HVAC module assembly (1).




2. Install the rear floor air outlet duct (1) to the floor (2).




3. Install the rear floor air outlet duct to floor retaining clips (1).
4. Install the centre console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement (Service and Repair) .
5. Install the front carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement (Service and Repair) .
