Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Upper Duct Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution (Safety Glasses Warning) .
1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the upper left air outlet duct to I/P upper trim pad retaining screws (2).
3. Remove the upper left air outlet duct (1) from the I/P upper trim pad (3).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the upper left air outlet duct (1) to the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim pad (3).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the upper left air outlet duct to I/P upper trim pad retaining screws (2).

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m(18 lb in).

3. Install the I/P upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair) .
