Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the lift gate sill trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Door Sill Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the rear body side lower garnish molding. Refer to Body Side Rear Garnish Molding Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the rear tool storage compartment tray. Refer to Tool Storage Compartment Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Remove the rear storage compartment. Refer to Rear Storage Compartment Replacement (Service and Repair).
5. Remove the 4 bolts (3) and the 4 tie down hooks (1) from the trim panel (4).
6. Disengage the 4 plastic retainers (2) which secure the quarter lower trim panel (4).
7. Remove the quarter lower trim panel (4) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the quarter lower trim panel (4) to the vehicle. Ensure that the plastic retainers (2) are fully engaged.
2. Install the tie down hooks (1) and bolts (3) to the trim panel.
3. Install the rear storage compartment. Refer to Rear Storage Compartment Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the rear tool storage compartment tray. Refer to Tool Storage Compartment Replacement (Service and Repair).
5. Install the rear body side lower garnish molding. Refer to Body Side Rear Garnish Molding Replacement (Service and Repair).
6. Install the lift gate sill trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Door Sill Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).
