Oil Pump Assemble




1. Install the oil pump drive gear and driven gear.




2. Align the stator shaft with each bolt hole.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the 8 bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).





Caution: Use extreme care when working around oil seals. Damage to the lip of a seal will cause oil leaks.

4. Turn the drive gear with 2 screwdrivers and make sure it rotates smoothly.
