Engine Mount Snubber Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) line retainer and position the A/C line aside.
3. Remove the engine mount snubber to bracket bolts (1).




4. Rotate the snubber (2) vertical then remove engine mount strut to side rail bolts (1).
5. Remove the snubber from vehicle.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Position the snubber (2) to the side rail, then install the snubber to side rail bolt (1). Tighten the bolt to 110 Nm (81 lb ft).




2. Install the engine mount snubber to bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
3. Position the A/C line in place and install the A/C line retainer.
4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
