Door Sill Plate Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the front sill trim plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the rear sill trim plate. Refer to Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).




4. Remove the centre trim panel torx screw (1).





Note: When removing the centre sill trim panel, ensure the two white retaining clips at the top of the part remain in the sheet metal.

5. Remove the centre sill trim panel (1).

Installation Procedure





Note: Before installing trims, ensure all retaining clips are not damaged, if damaged replace as necessary.

1. Install the centre sill trim panel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the centre sill trim panel torx screw (1) and tighten to 2.0 Nm (18 lb in).
3. Install the rear sill trim plate. Refer to Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the front sill trim plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).
5. Install the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
