Drive Belt Idler Pulley Installation




1. Install the dished washer (4) and drive belt idler pulley (3) to the accessory drive mounting bracket (2).
2. Hand tighten the drive belt idler pulley to accessory drive mounting bracket retaining bolt (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley to accessory drive mounting bracket retaining bolt (1) and tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).
