5. Generator Removal

Generator Removal




1. Remove the alternator to alternator bracket retaining nuts (2).
2. Remove the alternator to alternator bracket retaining studs (1).
3. Remove the alternator (3) from the alternator bracket (4).




4. Remove the coolant inlet pipe to alternator mounting bracket retaining nut (3)
5. Remove the alternator mounting bracket to cylinder block retaining bolts (4).
6. Remove the alternator mounting bracket (2) from the cylinder block (1).
