Oil Pan Disassemble




1. Remove the oil level sensor to oil pan retaining bolt (1).
2. Remove the oil level sensor (3).
3. Remove the oil pan drain plug (2).




4. Remove the oil pan scraper to oil pan retaining bolts (1).
5. Remove the oil pan scraper (2).




6. Remove the oil suction pipe to oil pan retaining bolts (1).
7. Remove the oil suction pipe (2).





Important: The oil suction pipe seal (1) is a single use component and must be discarded whenever the oil suction pipe (2) is removed.


8. Remove the oil suction pipe seal (1) from the oil suction pipe (2).
Discard the oil suction pipe seal (1).




9. Remove the oil pan baffle to oil pan retaining bolts (1).
10. Remove the oil pan baffle (2).
