Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Upper Duct Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

Warning: Refer to Safety Glasses Warning (Safety Glasses Warning).

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair).




2. Remove the upper left air outlet duct to I/P upper trim pad retaining screws (2).
3. Remove the upper left air outlet duct (1) from the I/P upper trim pad (3).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the upper left air outlet duct (1) to the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim pad (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the upper left air outlet duct to I/P upper trim pad retaining screws (2) and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
3. Install the I/P upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair).
