Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement

Removal Procedure

Warning: Refer to SIR Warning (SIR Warning).

1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement (Rear Seat Cushion Replacement).




2. Remove the rear seat belt twin buckle to body retaining nut (2).
3. Remove the rear seat belt twin buckle (1) from the floor pan.

Installation Procedure





Note: Make sure buckle is parallel to vehicle centerline.

1. Install the rear seat belt twin buckles (1) to the floor pan.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the rear seat belt twin buckle to body retaining nut (2) and tighten to 43 Nm (31 lb ft).
3. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement (Rear Seat Cushion Replacement).
