Front Wheelhouse Panel Rear Brace Drain Hole Valve Replacement


Removal Procedure

Warning:Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .
Danger:To avoid any vehicle damage, serious personal injury or death when major components are removed from the vehicle and the vehicle is supported by a hoist, support the vehicle with jack stands at the opposite end from which the components are being removed and strap the vehicle to the hoist.
1.Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2.Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

3.Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .





4.Remove the cowl drain valve (1) by prying away from the inner wheelhouse.

5.Remove the cowl drain valve from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1.Install the cowl drain valve (1) to the vehicle.

2.Install the cowl drain valve by applying pressure to the inner wheelhouse.

3.Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .

4.Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

5.Lower the vehicle.
