Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe and Hole Cover Removal
1. Remove the engine coolant air bleed pipe to cylinder head retaining bolts (1).
2. Remove the engine coolant air bleed pipe (2).
Important: The engine coolant air bleed pipe seals (3) are single use only components and must be replaced whenever engine coolant air bleed pipe (2) is removed from the engine.
3. Remove the engine coolant air bleed pipe seals (3).
Discard the engine coolant air bleed pipe seals (3).
4. Remove the engine coolant air bleed cover to cylinder head retaining bolts (1).
5. Remove the engine coolant air bleed covers (2).
Important: The engine coolant air bleed cover seals (3) are single use only components and must be replaced whenever engine coolant air bleed covers (2) are removed from the engine.
6. Remove the engine coolant air bleed cover (2) seals (3).
Discard the engine coolant air bleed cover seals (3).
