Compressor Pressure Relief Valve Installation




1. Clean the pressure relief valve seat area on the A/C compressor.
2. Lubricate the O-ring of the new pressure relief valve with clean refrigerant oil.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the new pressure relief valve (1) into the A/C compressor.

Tighten the pressure relief valve to 7 Nm (60 lb in).
