Thermostat: Service and Repair
Replacing Thermostat1. Drain the coolant.
2. Remove the thermostat housing bolts. Remove the housing and thermostat.
3. Position the new thermostat and gasket in the outlet. Install the thermostat housing. Tighten bolts to 18 Nm (13 ft lb)
4. Refill and bleed the cooling system. Service and Repair
