- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Open and close the flap valve by hand.
- The flap valve should not bind in any position
- The spring should return the flap valve to the stop screw.
- No external objects, hoses, cables, etc. must obstruct the movement of the throttle arm.
