Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

Fan Motor
To remove
1. Remove the Cooling Fan Assembly.





2. Undo the fan cowl fasteners (snap up).
3. Release the connector from the clip using a screwdriver.





4. Undo the screws holding the fan motor.
5. Lift out the motor and fan blades.

To fit

Note: Spray the connectors with Kontakt 61, part no. 30 04 520, before connecting.

Fit in reverse order.
