Fault symptoms
The oil level in the engine is correct despite a warning message in SID "Check oil level".

Conditions
The following conditions apply to the current fault symptom:
- No trouble codes stored in the car for the current fault symptom.

Diagnostic help
The fault diagnosis concerns the electrical fault in the connected leads or sensor.

Check wiring harness.
Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and directions to reveal an intermittent break and short-circuits in the wiring harness. Watch the multimeter, diagnostic tool or test lamp during the test.
