Rear Door Window Motor: Service and Repair

Rear Door Glass:

REMOVAL

Remove the rear door glass.
Remove the front sash.
Disconnect the motor connector.
Remove the four bolts and two nuts to remove regulator assembly.







Remove the screws to remove motor assembly.







INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Adjust the rear door glass.

INSPECTION

Make sure that the power window motor rotates properly when battery voltage is applied to terminals of motor connector.
Change polarity of battery connections to terminals to ensure that the motor rotates in reverse direction.
