Fault Symptom
The starter motor is not working.

To Check
Check that:
^ the battery cables are tightened firmly to the terminals and that they have not oxidized;
^ the battery connections to the car are tight and that there is no oxide or corrosion causing poor contact;
^ the starter motor connections are tight and that there is no oxide or corrosion causing poor contact.
