Seat Belt Height Adjuster Replacement - Front (3-Door)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the center pillar trim panel.

* Pull out the access panel (1) from center pillar trim panel.
Remove the molding from the seat with a plastic wedge.
* Remove the seat belt bolts (3) from the center pillar trim panel.
Remove the cap (2).
* Remove the upper center pillar trim panel upwards.





2. Remove the front height adjuster.
Remove the 2 bolts (1).



Installation Procedure


Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

1. Install the front height adjuster.

Tighten the 2 bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

2. Install the upper center pillar trim panel.

* Guide the center pillar trim panel from above in the inner paneling guide front of the rear quarter panel.
* Install the upper center pillar trim panel.
Install the panel.

Tighten the seat belt bolt on the center pillar to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

* Install the cover cap.
