Headlamp Washer Nozzle Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Front Bumper Fascia Replacement) .




2. Remove the hose (2) from the headlamp washer system (1).




3. Remove the nozzle cover.
Press out the cover using a suitable tool (1) and disconnect the lug (2).




4. Remove the nozzle.
Disconnect the 2 clips (1).



Installation Procedure

1. Install the nozzle.
2. Install the nozzle cover.
3. Install the hose for the headlamp washer system.
4. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Front Bumper Fascia Replacement) .
