Evaporative Check Valve: Description and Operation

Fuel Cut Valve:

PURPOSE
Prevents fuel flow into the evaporation line.

Fuel Tank:

LOCATION
On top of the fuel tank, at the evaporation line connections.

OPERATION
The rising level of the fuel in the fuel tank causes the float to move up and close the evaporation line so that fuel does not enter the line.
