ABS WARNING LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON

DIAGNOSIS:
- ABS warning light circuit is open or shorted.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
- When the ignition switch is turned to ON (engine OFF), ABS warning light does not come on.
