BASIC INSPECTION

Measure the overall length of steering column. If not within specification, replace it.

Standard: Overall length L

Tilt column
833.6+1.3 -0.3 mm (32.82+0.051 -0.012 in)

Tilt & telescopic column (measure while minimized)
823.6+1.5 -1.5 mm (32.43+0.059 -0.059 in)
