DTC WILL SET WHEN:
The ignition voltage at SDM terminal "Q06-16" is above a specified value for specified time.

DTC 31 (Steps 1 And 2):

DTC TABLE DESCRIPTION:
Number(s) below refer to circled number(s) on the diagnostic table.
1. This test checks if voltage applied to the SDM harness connector is within the normal range.
2. This test checks if the trouble of DTC 31 still exists.
