Roof Lining Removal And Installation

Removal

1. Remove sunvisor assembly.
2. Remove rear view mirror.
3. Remove assist grips.
4. Remove door weatherstrips.
5. Remove front and rear pillar trims.
6. Remove center pillar inner upper trim.
7. Remove partition front trim, left. And disconnect dome light harness coupler (2).







8. Remove roof lining with dome light.
9. Remove dome light.

NOTE: Two-side bondable tape used for securing head lining in place should be cleaned with solvent.

Installation

1. Attach two-side bondable tape (1) at roof lining.

Dimension "a": About 75 mm (3.0 in.)
Dimension "b": About 800 mm (31.5 in.)







2. Fasten dome light harness lead wire on roof lining.
3. With clips installation holes in roof lining positioned properly.
4. Fix front and rear end of roof lining with clips and attach roof lining to roof securely.
5. Install the following parts:
- Sunvisor assembly
- Rear view mirror
- Dome light
- Assist grip
- Door weatherstrips
- Front and rear pillar trims, center pillar inner upper trim.
