Sun Roof Assembly Removal And Installation

Removal

1. Remove roof lining.
2. Remove sun roof glass.
3. Disconnect drain hoses (1) connected to sun roof assembly at 4 locations.







4. Disconnect sun roof motor connector (1).







5. Remove 1 nut (1), and then remove console box mounting bracket (2) while releasing the locks (3).
6. Remove 7 nuts (4) and 2 bolts (5), and then remove sun roof assembly (6).







Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
- Connect drain hoses (1) to sun roof assembly at 4 locations. Clamp drain hoses by clamps (2) securely.
















- Initialize sun roof motor.
- After reinstalling sun roof assembly, be sure to perform glass adjustment.
