IAC System Monitor
Monitoring procedure
The IAC is checked throttle valve opening by monitoring the closed-loop idle speed comparing with the desired idle rpm. If the idle rpm is higher than the desired idle rpm by 200 rpm or lower than the desired idle rpm by 100 rpm, an IAC malfunction is detected. (P0507, P0506)
