DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area

Circuit Diagram

DTC Confirmation Procedure

1) Push engine switch to change ignition mode to "ON".

DTC Troubleshooting

1. DTC check

Is DTC B1132 detected together?
YES -
Go to troubleshooting for applicable DTC.
NO -
Go to Step 2.

2. Evaporator temperature sensor circuit check

Confirm that ignition mode of keyless push start system is in "OFF".
Disconnect evaporator temperature sensor and "G05" connectors.
Check for proper terminal connection to evaporator temperature sensor and "G05" connectors.
If connections are OK, check the following points.
- Resistance of "A1" and "A2" circuits: less than 3 ohms
- Resistance between "A1" circuit and ground: infinity
- Resistance between "A1" and "A2" circuit terminals at outside air temperature sensor connector: infinity
- Voltage of "A1" and "A2" circuits: 0 - 1 V (with ignition mode of keyless push start system in "ON")

Are they in good condition?
YES -
Go to Step 3.
NO -
Repair or replace defective wire harness.

3. Evaporator temperature sensor check

Check evaporator temperature sensor. Service and Repair

Is it in good condition?
YES -
Substitute a known-good BCM and recheck DTC.
NO -
Replace evaporator temperature sensor. Evaporator Removal and Installation
