DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area






DTC Confirmation Procedure

1) Start engine and operate A/C system.

DTC Troubleshooting

1. A/C refrigerant pressure check

Turn on A/C switch and operate A/C compressor.
Check "Refrigerant Pressure" using "Data list" mode on SUZUKI scan tool. Scan Tool Testing and Procedures

Is pressure over 0.34 MPa?
YES -
Go to Step 2.
NO -
Charge refrigerant and recheck DTC. Service and Repair

2. A/C refrigerant pressure sensor check

Check A/C refrigerant pressure sensor. Testing and Inspection

Is it in good condition?
YES -
Go to Step 3.
NO -
Replace A/C refrigerant pressure sensor. Service and Repair

3. Outside air temperature sensor check

Check outside air temperature sensor. Inspection

Is it in good condition?
YES -
Go to Step 4.
NO -
Replace outside air temperature sensor. Removal and Installation

4. A/C system check

Check A/C system. A/C System Performance Inspection

Is it in good condition?
YES -
Replace HVAC control module and recheck DTC. HVAC Control Module Removal and Installation
NO -
Perform Trouble Diagnosis for Abnormal Pressure Trouble Diagnosis for Abnormal Pressure
and recheck DTC.
