DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area






DTC Troubleshooting

1.
Was "ESP(R) System Check" performed?
YES -
Go to Step 2.
NO -
Go to ESP System Check ESP(R) System Check.

2. DTC check

Perform DTC Check DTC Check.

Is there DTC(s) other than C1092?
YES -
Go to applicable DTC troubleshooting.
NO -
Go to Step 3.

3. DTC check for TCM

Check DTC for TCM.

Is any DTC(s) detected?
YES -
Go to applicable DTC troubleshooting.
NO -
Substitute a known-good TCM and recheck DTC.
Substitute a known-good ESP(R) control module if DTC C1092 is still detected. ESP Hydraulic Unit / Control Module Assembly Removal and Installation
