SUBJECT: REVISED PANASONIC WARRANTY ORDER FORM FOR FAX EXCHANGE ORDERS







Attached for your use please find a copy of the revised Panasonic Warranty Order Form. The revised form was developed to assist Panasonic in handling of dealer requests for Panasonic exchange units. Panasonic will accept FAX requests for exchange units on weekends, holidays, or when the "800" phone lines are busy. Dealers should use the existing "800" Exchange Center phone lines when possible.
