4RUNNER FRONT MUDGUARD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

A front mudguard kit is now available for installation on 1989 through 1995 4Runners. Please make sure all attachment areas are clean and follow the installation process outlined below.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:

Figure 1:

1. Remove capnut, from the stud on the rocker, which is at the base of the front edge, at point "A". Retain capnut for reinstallation (see Figure 1).

2. Take out 3 body molding screws which secure the fender well trim molding and liner, at points 1, 2 and 3. Retain screws for re-installation (see Figure 2).

3. Re-using capnut, install the mudguard on the stud at point "A", while holding mudguard against the body to insure proper fit and tighten down (see Figure 3).

4. Re-using body molding screws, install mudguard at point 1, 2, and 3 while holding the mudguard against the body to insure proper fit and tighten (see Figure 4).

^ Square Drive Ratchet
^ 10 Millimeter Socket
