SUBJECT: RADIO CHASSIS EXCHANGE PROGRAM - RETURN OF DEFECTIVE UNIT


To assist Toyota and our suppliers in providing exchange units for the Radio Chassis Exchange Progam, TMS Warranty would like to remind dealers that the return of defective units to the exchange center is vital to the successful operation of the exchange program. Return of defective units will enable the exchange center to provide exchange units to dealers in a timely manner.

Exchanged units not returned after 30 days from the shipping date will be charged back to you at dealer cost. Further details of the Radio Chassis Exchange Program may be found on page 5-24 of the 1991 Policy and Procedures Manual.
